A review of the CSR Wheel by Fanatec. This new multi platform wheel is compatible witht he Xbox 360. The PS3 and the PC. It is the latest wheel from Fanatec and the first wheel to not have the Porsche Licensing. With Forza Motorsport 4 coming soon this wheel enters the market just in time and this wheel is the official wheel of the game. In this review we go over all of the features and pricing of the wheel. Then we talk about how it actually works on track.

I asked this in the forums, but I think it's more appropriate to ask here..
As you guys have had a better look at both the CSR and CSR Elite, can you tell me the differences between the two (besides the cosmetic and construction differences?) I am sure the Elite would be much "richer" in comparison to the CSR, but then I don't have a wheel for my Xbox360 and My G25 is genuinely over-used. So do need a new wheel which can replace my G25. As I live in India, Fanatec wheels are REally difficult to come by..
I would like to play FM4 as early as possible and I do-not wish to play using the Xbox Gamepad..
Is the Elite worth the 3-4 month wait?

vypers...
if you don't mind me answering. The big difference besides construction is the elite I believe is only for the playstation 3 and PC.

Nevermind, I was thinking of the other wheel they are coming out with. Not the csr elite.

I just had the pleasure of playing a few hours of Forza 4 on the CSR wheel at a friend’s house. I myself am a GT5 G27 guy.

The wheel performed well, and the game is a ton of fun, but there is that glaring issue!
It’s the plastic wheel rim with the seam! It just has no place on a $250 wheel…

Perhaps Thomas could come up with a retro fit wrap?

@Shaun

is this wheel better than T500rs? (Xbox compatibility aside)

What about CSW vs T500rs?
